It's hard to believe that tomorrow is the first day of October. That means there are only 17 days before this year's Chili Cook Off - Happening at Douglas County High School and the CAC on Saturday, October 17th from 5-9 pm.
We are working hard to get the word out about the festival through press releases, event placements, social media posts (and ads,) and more, BUT we think the very best promotion comes from word of mouth, and from the people who already love and support your organizations and businesses.
We have yard signs and flyers that you can come to the CAC to grab and put up wherever you'd like. Just please write before you come if you want a yard sign, as supply is limited on those. Yard signs must be signed out and brought back as we reuse them each year.
I've also attached a square aspect-ratio ad that can be used on social media as well as large and small flyer images to this email in case you want to do your own printing and posting.
We cannot wait for this event - it's one of our favorites - and we hope all of you have a wonderful experience this year.
Ellie will be in touch with you a week prior to the event with logistics, a map, and more to make your experience as stress free as possible.
Warm regards,
